Eligibility

We accept returns of eligible merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Prescription lenses: Custom prescription lenses are non‑refundable. If you return a frame fitted with prescription lenses, we will refund the frame price only; lens costs are non‑refundable.

How to Start a Return (RMA)

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 1 business day with an RMA number and instructions. Returns without an RMA may be refused.
  3. Pack your item securely following the guidelines below and ship within 14 days of RMA issuance.
Tip: For exchanges, the fastest method is to place a new order and return the original for a refund.
