Eligibility
We accept returns of eligible merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unadjusted, and free of wear or alteration.
- Original packaging required: branded case, outer box, authenticity cards, booklet, cleaning cloth, tags, and any accessories.
- Demo lenses must be intact and unscratched for optical frames.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- “Final Sale” or “Non‑returnable” items are not eligible.
Prescription lenses: Custom prescription lenses are non‑refundable. If you return a frame fitted with prescription lenses, we will refund the frame price only; lens costs are non‑refundable.
How to Start a Return (RMA)
- Email [email protected] with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1 business day with an RMA number and instructions. Returns without an RMA may be refused.
- Pack your item securely following the guidelines below and ship within 14 days of RMA issuance.
Packaging & Condition Guidelines
- Place the eyewear in the protective case, then in the original branded box with all inserts.
- Use a sturdy outer carton with cushioning to prevent damage in transit.
- Do not affix labels or tape directly on the product box or case.
- Frames must arrive clean, unscratched, and unadjusted (no bent temples or nose pads).
Fees & Return Shipping
- Our error or defective item: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost.
- All other returns:
- Use our discounted prepaid label: $8.95 will be deducted from your refund, or
- Use your own insured shipping service (we recommend tracking and insurance).
- Restocking: No restocking fee for items returned in new condition with full packaging. Missing accessories/packaging may incur a partial refund:
- Minor packaging or cloth missing: up to 10% deduction
- Case or major components missing or visible wear: up to 20% deduction
- Scratched lenses/frames or signs of wear: return may be rejected
Refunds & Timing
- Once your return is delivered, allow 2–3 business days for inspection.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–7 business days to post the credit.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- For gift returns without an original payment method, store credit may be issued.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 30 days. The fastest method is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund. If you prefer a traditional exchange, we can process it after your return is received and inspected (subject to availability).
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days.
- We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or refund.
- Manufacturer warranty support: we can assist with brand warranty claims for manufacturing defects as applicable.

- Gift cards
- Used eyewear, adjusted frames, or items showing wear
- Lens cleaners and opened care kits
International Orders
At this time, our standard returns process applies to orders shipped within the United States. If you are outside the U.S., please contact [email protected] to review options before initiating a return.
Holiday Extended Returns
Orders placed from November 1 through December 31 are eligible for return until January 31 of the following year, subject to the same condition requirements.
