US Shipping Options

We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states and Washington, DC). Orders ship from our US facilities via trusted carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx) with end‑to‑end tracking.

  • 3–6 business days
  • Carrier: USPS First Class/UPS Ground
  • Free over $99; $6.95 under $99
  • Delivers to PO Boxes and street addresses

Expedited

  • 2–3 business days
  • Carrier: UPS 2nd Day or equivalent
  • $19.00 flat rate
  • No PO Boxes (street address required)

Express

  • 1–2 business days
  • Carrier: UPS Next Day or equivalent
  • $34.00 flat rate
  • Signature may be required on high‑value orders

Cut‑off time: Orders placed by 1:00 PM ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after cut‑off ship the next business day.

Prescription lenses: Please allow an additional 2–4 business days for lens mounting and quality checks before dispatch.

Estimate Your Delivery

Estimates are for in‑stock, non‑prescription orders placed before cut‑off. Carrier delays or weather may extend delivery times.

Processing, Tracking & Packaging

Order Processing

  • In‑stock frames ship in 0–1 business days after payment verification.
  • Orders with prescription lenses ship after 2–4 business days for lens cutting and QA.
  • Weekend/holiday orders process the next business day.

Tracking Updates

  • Tracking is emailed as soon as your label is created.
  • "Pre‑shipment" means the carrier has the label and is awaiting the first scan.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to display movement.

Signature & Security

  • Orders over $300 may require a signature upon delivery.
  • Optional adult signature service is available by request (fees may apply).
  • We pack with protective cases and impact‑resistant mailers.

Addresses We Ship To

  • All 50 US states + DC
  • PO Boxes: Standard only (USPS). Expedited/Express require a street address.
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Ship via USPS; allow 7–14 business days.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

Split Shipments

  • To deliver faster, we may ship frames and prescription lenses separately.
  • You’ll receive distinct tracking numbers when applicable.

Taxes & Duties

  • Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your ship‑to address.
  • No import duties apply for domestic US shipments.

Shipping Policies

Undeliverable or Address Issues

  • Please verify your address at checkout. We can update addresses before dispatch; after shipment, carrier reroute rules apply.
  • Packages returned as undeliverable can be reshipped (additional postage may apply) or refunded minus shipping.

Lost, Late, or Damaged

  • If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, contact us so we can open a trace.
  • Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 14 days of the last tracking scan.
  • We’ll replace or refund eligible orders after the carrier’s investigation window.

Holiday & Weather Delays

  • Carrier networks may experience seasonal delays (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Week) and weather impacts.
  • Choose Expedited/Express for the most reliable timelines during peak periods.

Sustainability

  • We use recycled and right‑sized packaging where possible to minimize waste.
  • Hard cases and microfiber cloths protect frames during transit.
